Our wound Care nurses follow the latest protocols and provide the best level of care for our community. We provide wound care for both acute and chronic wounds.
We provide Trach care per federal guidelines; however, our nurses are highly trained and can provide excellent care and assistance with issues that arise.
We provide on-call ventilators for those who need it. Our nurses are experienced in the use of ventilators for patients with respiratory problems, such as COPD and sleep apnea.
We provide IV therapy for acute, chronic and or neurological problems. Our nurses are highly trained in using both standard and advanced IV equipment.
Our goal is to provide care for patients with GI problems. Our nurses are well versed on both standard and advanced equipment regarding GI issues.
We provide care for those with diabetes. We provide insulin administration, blood glucose monitoring, carb counting, and the proper use of other diabetic medication.
We provide medications to help our client's health needs. This includes both standard and advanced medication administration. Our nurses are highly trained in this area.
We provide oxygen wherever it is needed, in accordance with federal guidelines. We strive to provide the best available care and care that is effective in helping our aging client to remain independent as possible.
